The invention relates to a construction method of a foundation pit waterproof curtain in a water-rich stratum area, and is applied to the field of foundation pit waterproofing. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a steel sheet pile, determining the position of a steel sheet pile hole site and drilling to form the steel sheet pile hole site, inserting the steel sheet pile into the hole site and fixing, constructing a jet grouting pile, drilling the jet grouting pile hole site, and performing high-pressure jet grouting by a jet pipe to form the jet grouting pile. A reinforcing mechanism construction step: after the jet grouting pile is solidified, excavating a soil layer in the gap to form a mounting groove for mounting a reinforcing piece, fixing the reinforcing mechanism in the mounting groove and propping between the jet grouting pile and the steel sheet pile, and propping one end of the reinforcing mechanism on the connecting mechanism; and after the other end of the reinforcing mechanism abuts against the outer wall of the jet grouting pile, the mounting groove is backfilled with earthwork. The steel sheet pile has the effects that the possibility of sealing failure of the steel sheet pile is reduced, the sealing performance of the steel sheet pile is improved, and the reinforcing mechanism is used for assisting the steel sheet pile in supporting the side wall of the foundation pit, so that the pressure bearing capacity of the steel sheet pile is higher.
