Surface coating modified metal powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a surface coating modified metal powder preparation method which specifically comprises the following steps: coating the surfaces of metal particles with ethyl silicate to form ethyl silicate coated powder; mixing the ethyl silicate coated powder with organic acid and water to form reaction slurry, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain solid powder; and the solid powder is dried, and the surface coating modified metal powder is obtained. According to the preparation method, firstly, the surfaces of the metal particles are subjected to ethyl silicate treatment in a dry grinding mode, then the silicon dioxide modified metal powder is obtained through chemical reaction treatment, and the dispersity of the powder in water-based slurry is improved. And meanwhile, the metal particles treated by silicon dioxide improve the chemical corrosion resistance of the powder, and long-term use of the wave-absorbing material is facilitated. The wave-absorbing material prepared from the modified metal powder has a low dielectric constant, and the dielectric constant requirement of the manganese zinc ferrite sheet on the electromagnetic compatibility wave-absorbing material is met.
本发明公开了一种表面包覆改性的金属粉末制备方法,方法步骤具体包括:在金属颗粒表面包覆硅酸乙酯,形成硅酸乙酯包覆粉体;将所述硅酸乙酯包覆粉体与有机酸、水混合,形成反应浆料,进行固液分离,得到固体粉末;将所述固体粉末进行烘干,得到表面包覆改性金属粉末。应用本发明的制备方法,首先以干式研磨方式对金属颗粒表面进行了硅酸乙酯处理,然后通过化学反应处理得到二氧化硅改性金属粉末,提高粉末在水性浆料的分散性。同时二氧化硅处理的金属颗粒提高了其粉末的防化学腐蚀性,有利于吸波材料长期使用。使用改性的金属粉末制备的吸波材料具有低的介电常数,满足锰锌铁氧体片对电磁兼容吸波材料的介电常数要求。
