The backfill material is composed of concrete dry powder, a composite foaming agent and modified wheat straw fibers, the modified wheat straw fibers corrode wheat straw broken sections through alkali liquor, then the alkali-corroded wheat straw broken sections are immersed in fiber surface coating film glue liquid, or a layer of fiber surface coating film glue liquid is directly sprayed on the surfaces of the alkali-corroded wheat straw broken sections, and the modified wheat straw fibers are formed.
