The invention discloses a construction structure and method for an enclosure-free outer wall corner constructional column with prefabricated parts, and belongs to the field of building construction. The corner constructional column construction structure is arranged at the corner of a wall body and comprises a constructional column main body structure and a concrete formwork structure. The prefabricated part is formed into a whole by two prefabricated formworks which are perpendicular to each other and a pulling block protruding out of the intersection of the two prefabricated formworks. The vertical steel bars are sleeved with the steel bar holes in the pulling blocks through the middle separation positions of the vertical steel bars, so that the prefabricated parts are sequentially arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vertical steel bars. Bolt holes allowing the opposite-pull screws to penetrate through are formed in the pulling blocks, and the opposite-pull screws sequentially penetrate through the concrete formwork reinforcing parts and the bolt holes in the pulling blocks to fixedly connect the concrete formwork on the inner side with the prefabricated part on the outer side.
