The outer wall corner constructional column construction method comprises the following steps that according to the floor height of a constructional column, an L-shaped bottom inner side formwork, an L-shaped bottom outer side formwork corresponding to the bottom inner side formwork, at least one L-shaped upper inner side formwork and L-shaped upper outer side formworks in one-to-one correspondence with the upper inner side formworks are manufactured; a bottom inner side formwork and a bottom outer side formwork are used for enclosure pouring to obtain a lower-layer constructional column; after the lower-layer constructional column is poured, at least one upper-layer constructional column is obtained by sequentially enclosing and pouring at least one upper-part inner side template and a corresponding upper-part outer side template from bottom to top before concrete of the lower-layer constructional column is solidified, and the lower-layer constructional column and the at least one upper-layer constructional column are sequentially connected to form the constructional column; and after maintenance is completed, all the formworks are dismantled. According to the construction method for the outer wall corner constructional column, a construction platform does not need to be erected for construction, formwork installation and construction are facilitated, and the safety of operators during construction is improved.
