The invention belongs to the technical field of porous ceramics, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a porous silicon nitride ceramic sintered body. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a hydrolysis solution of a silane coupling agent with Si3N4 powder, a sintering aid and a pore-forming agent, removing a solvent, carrying out dry pressing, and carrying out degumming and sintering on an obtained silicon nitride green body to obtain a porous silicon nitride ceramic sintered body. The silicon nitride powder and the polymethyl methacrylate microspheres are connected through the silane coupling agent, when the PMMA microspheres volatilize, the middle layer KH-570 can play a part of supporting effect, and silicon nitride particles are effectively prevented from collapsing into pores. Therefore, the purpose of inhibiting abnormal growth of silicon nitride clusters in pores of the porous ceramic is achieved, and the inhibiting effect is obvious. According to the method, each pore keeps a complete spherical structure, so that the porosity and the strength of the porous silicon nitride ceramic are further improved.
本发明属于多孔陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种多孔氮化硅陶瓷烧结体的制备方法。本发明将硅烷偶联剂的水解溶液与Si3N4粉体、烧结助剂和造孔剂混合,除溶剂后干法压制,得到的氮化硅生坯进行排胶和烧结,得到多孔氮化硅陶瓷烧结体。本发明通过硅烷偶联剂连接氮化硅粉末和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微球,当PMMA微球挥发时,中间层KH‑570可以起到一部分支撑作用,有效防止氮化硅颗粒塌陷到孔隙中。从而达到抑制多孔陶瓷孔隙内部氮化硅团簇异常生长的目的,抑制效果明显。此方法使得每个孔隙都保持着完整的球状结构,因此使多孔氮化硅陶瓷的气孔率和强度进一步提高。
