本发明属于道路沥青混合料领域，尤其是一种大比例RAP料厂拌温再生沥青混合料，针对现有的拌合锅的锅体属于固定静置的状态，搅拌混合的效率较低，能对配料提前进行存储，不仅容易烫伤工作人员，添料的方式也相对较为麻烦的问题，现提出如下方案，其包括底座，所述底座的顶部设有锅架，所述锅架的顶部盖有锅盖，所述锅架内设有锅体，所述锅体和锅架内均转动贯穿有转动轴，通过锅体和搅拌架的双重搅拌进行配合，极大的提高了对物料搅拌的搅拌效率，也使物料可以得到更充分的搅拌，同时合拢板通过连接座转动实现多个合拢板的分离、合拢，只需将配料放入连接架内后，可直接添加配料，不用再将锅盖打开，有效的避免了加料过程中出现烫伤的情况。
