The invention discloses a marking and dotting system which comprises a moving carrier, a storage container and a marking assembly, and the moving carrier is configured to be capable of moving on a road surface; the storage container is connected with the movable carrier, and a storage cavity is formed in the storage container; the lineation assembly comprises a first conveying pump connected with the moving carrier, a first nozzle and a pulse damper, the liquid inlet end of the first conveying pump communicates with the material storage cavity, the liquid inlet end of the pulse damper communicates with the liquid outlet end of the first conveying pump, the first nozzle is used for lineation on the ground, and the liquid outlet end of the pulse damper communicates with the liquid inlet end of the first nozzle; the pulse damper is used for smoothing fluid pumped into the first nozzle from the first delivery pump. The problem that the size of paint sprayed by the nozzle is not uniform can be effectively solved.
