The invention relates to a steel-concrete composite beam bridge deck slab construction device which comprises at least two steel box beams used for being supported on piers, boundary beam suspended formwork layers are arranged on the outer sides of the two steel box beams located at the two ends in the transverse bridge direction, and midspan suspended formwork layers are arranged between the adjacent steel box beams. Side beam protection layers are arranged on the outer sides of the two steel box girders located at the two ends in the transverse bridge direction, and a midspan protection layer is arranged between every two adjacent steel box girders. The invention discloses a construction method of a steel-concrete composite beam bridge deck slab. A steel box beam is hoisted to a buttress; building a boundary beam suspended formwork layer, a midspan suspended formwork layer, a boundary beam protective layer and a midspan protective layer; a bridge deck slab is poured on a platform formed by butt joint of the boundary beam suspended formwork layer, the steel box girder and the midspan suspended formwork layer; and dismantling the boundary beam suspended formwork layer, the midspan suspended formwork layer, the boundary beam protective layer and the midspan protective layer. The bridge wet joint construction device has the advantage that materials in construction can be prevented from falling off to endanger the safety of the operation road below, and the problem that the materials fall off to endanger the safety during existing operation road-crossing bridge wet joint construction is solved.
