The invention discloses a sound-absorbing film-coated plate and a processing device of a decorative film in the sound-absorbing film-coated plate, and relates to the field of sound-absorbing decorative materials. The problem of appearance strip marks can be solved, and more importantly, the noise reduction coefficient can be remarkably increased, so that the requirement for sound absorption performance is better met. According to the technical scheme, the decorative plate comprises a perforated base plate and a decorative film, the decorative film covers the surface of one side of the perforated base plate, a plurality of micropores are formed in the decorative film, a plurality of through holes are formed in the perforated base plate, and all or part of the micropores are communicated with the through holes. According to the invention, the problem of appearance strip marks caused by forming micropores in a traditional metal plate is effectively solved; more importantly, the noise reduction coefficient can be remarkably improved finally, and the NRC reaches about 0.7.
本发明公开了一种吸音覆膜板及其中装饰膜的加工装置，涉及吸音装饰材料领域。不仅能够解决外观条印的问题，更重要的能够显著提升降噪系数，从而更好的满足吸音性能要求。本发明的技术方案为：包括穿孔基板以及装饰膜，所述装饰膜包覆在所述穿孔基板的一侧表面上，并且在所述装饰膜上开设有若干微孔，在所述穿孔基板上开设有若干穿孔，全部或部分所述微孔与所述穿孔相连通。本发明有效解决了传统的在金属板上开微孔而导致的外观条印的问题；更重要的是，最终能够显著提升降噪系数，使得NRC达到0.7左右。
