Reinforcing strips are rotationally installed on the installation frame, one ends of the reinforcing strips make contact with the supporting columns, sliding blocks rotationally connected with the transmission rods are arranged at the other ends of the reinforcing strips, the hinge points of the reinforcing strips and the installation frame are fulcrums, and the length of the reinforcing strips between the fulcrums and the supporting columns is smaller than the length of the reinforcing strips between the fulcrums and the sliding blocks. A simple scissor jack structure is formed by the downward pressing mechanism, and a lever structure is formed by the extrusion mechanism, so that a worker only needs to apply a small force, the contact pressing plate can generate a large extrusion force on the supporting column, and the construction platform can obtain a better stabilizing effect.
本发明公开了一种钢结构施工平台,用于安装在支撑柱,包括底座和安装在底座侧边上的护栏,护栏内置有防护网,底座上设有若干个下压机构,每个下压机构下端皆设有挤压机构,挤压机构包括安装在底座下端的安装架,安装架上转动安装有加强条,加强条一端和支撑柱接触,且另一端上设有和传动杆转动连接的滑动块,加强条和安装架铰接点设为支点,支点和支撑柱之间的加强条长度小于支点和滑动块之间的加强条长度。本发明采用下压机构形成简易的剪式千斤顶结构和挤压机构形成杠杆结构,使得工作人员只需要施加较小的力,即可使得接触压板对支撑柱产生较大的挤压力,让施工平台得到更好的稳固效果。
