The elastic pre-tightening piece is arranged in the third inserting gap and is supported between the connecting plate and the frame column template; the cable-stayed component is connected to the floor formwork, and the cable-stayed component is connected with reinforcing steel bars bound in the frame column formwork through steel wires.
