The invention relates to the technical field of desert sand foaming, in particular to a method for filling a mine petroleum goaf based on desert sand foaming, which comprises the following steps: preparing a dry powder mixture taking desert sand as a main material; fully stirring and uniformly mixing the dry powder mixture to form a uniform dry powder mixture; randomly spreading N samples for the uniform dry powder mixture, and detecting the mixing uniformity of the samples after spreading; respectively putting the uniform dry powder mixture and pre-prepared fine aggregate into a slurry mixing machine, and adding water liquid; reacting to form bubble-shaped fluid mixed slurry; a conveying pump on the slurry mixing machine is controlled to be started, and the bubble-shaped fluid structure is pumped into the mine petroleum goaf through a pipeline in a high-pressure mode to achieve slurry filling; and filling of the internal space of the mine petroleum goaf is completed. The oil mine goaf is filled through desert sand foaming treatment, the desert sand raw material source is rich, the cost can be effectively saved, the manufacturing cost is reduced, land is saved, and the purposes of desertification control and soil conservation are achieved.
本发明涉及沙漠砂发泡技术领域,尤其是一种基于沙漠砂发泡实现矿山石油采空区填充的方法,包括如下步骤:配置以沙漠砂为主料的干粉混合物;将干粉混合物充分搅拌混合均匀,形成均匀干粉混合物;针对上述均匀干粉混合物随机N份样本并检测平铺后检测其混合均匀性;将均匀干粉混合物及预先准备的细骨料分别投入浆料混合机械内部,投加水液;反应形成气泡状流体混合浆料;控制浆料混合机械上的输送泵启动并利用管路将气泡状流体结构高压泵送至矿山石油采空区内部实现浆料填充;完成对矿山石油采空区内部空间的充填。本发明采用沙漠砂发泡处理实现填充油矿采空区,沙漠沙原料来源丰富可以有效地节约成本,降低造价,节约土地,达到治沙保土的目的。
