The invention provides an asphalt mixture, an asphalt composition, a preparation method and application. The asphalt mixture comprises the following components in parts by mass: 60-75 parts of steel slag, 15-25 parts of fine aggregate, 6-10 parts of mineral powder and 4-6.5 parts of modified asphalt, the modified asphalt comprises the following raw materials: asphalt, water and a cationic surface active agent in a mass ratio of 100: (1-3): (0.3-0.6). The asphalt mixture prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention can more easily fill open pores in the surface of the steel slag and coat the steel slag; furthermore, the phenomenon that water is directly contacted with a steel slag'hua material 'which is not coated with asphalt or water slowly penetrates through an asphalt film to enter open pores in the surface of the steel slag in the subsequent use process of the asphalt mixture is effectively prevented, and the pavement damage caused by the volume expansion of the steel slag is avoided.
本发明提供了一种沥青混合料、沥青组合物、制备方法及应用,沥青混合料组分按质量份计包括:钢渣60~75份,细集料15~25份,矿粉6~10份以及改性沥青4~6.5份;所述改性沥青的原料按质量比计包括:沥青:水:阳离子表面活性剂=100:(1~3):(0.3~0.6)。通过本发明提供的制备方法制得的沥青混合料能够更容易地填充钢渣表面开口孔隙以及包覆钢渣,进而有效阻止后续沥青混合料使用过程中水直接与未裹附沥青的钢渣“花白料”接触或水缓慢透过沥青膜进入钢渣表面开口孔隙现象的发生,避免由于钢渣体积膨胀而导致路面发生损坏。
