Phosphogypsum-based composite wallboard material and preparation method thereof
The phosphogypsum-based composite wallboard material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 500 to 580 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 250 to 300 parts of phosphorus building gypsum, 100 to 150 parts of silica fume, 2.5 to 10 parts of ramie fiber, 20 to 40 parts of quick lime, 20 to 25 parts of early strength agent, 5 to 10 parts of retarder, 1 to 3 parts of thickening agent, 1 to 5 parts of heat stabilizer and 0.5 to 2.5 parts of water reducing agent. Wherein the ramie fibers are ramie fibers subjected to sodium hydroxide surface modification treatment; the ramie fiber is doped into the phosphogypsum-based wallboard material, so that the problems of poor toughness, poor bonding performance and the like of the phosphogypsum-based wallboard material can be effectively improved, the defect of poor water resistance of the wallboard material can be effectively overcome through the self-curing effect of the plant fiber, and meanwhile, the used raw materials are low-carbon and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏基复合墙板材料,组成按重量份数计如下:硫铝酸盐水泥500‑580份,磷建筑石膏250‑300份,硅灰100‑150份,苎麻纤维2.5‑10份,生石灰20‑40份,早强剂20‑25份,缓凝剂5‑10份,增稠剂1‑3份,热稳定剂1‑5份,减水剂0.5‑2.5份;其中所述的苎麻纤维为经过氢氧化钠表面改性处理后的苎麻纤维;本发明通过将苎麻纤维掺入磷石膏基墙板材料中,不仅可以有效改善磷石膏基墙板材料韧性差、粘结性能差等问题,植物纤维自养护的作用还能有效弥补墙板材料耐水性能差的缺陷,同时所用原料低碳环保。
