The invention discloses a segmented cement mixing pile construction device in a sludge environment. The segmented cement mixing pile construction device comprises a first guide pipe, a second guide pipe, a first guniting opening, a drill bit blade, a second guniting opening and a cement mixing pile machine drill rod. One end of the first guide pipe is connected with an external cement grout conveying device, and the other end of the first guide pipe is inserted into a drill rod of the cement mixing pile machine, extends into a drill bit blade located at the bottom of the drill rod of the cement mixing pile machine and is communicated with a first grout spraying opening in the surface of the drill bit blade. The other end is inserted into a drill rod of the cement mixing pile machine, extends into a drill blade at the bottom of the drill rod of the cement mixing pile machine and is communicated with a second guniting port in the surface of the drill blade; the guniting port is positioned on the surface of the cement mixing pile drill bit blade; the invention further discloses a corresponding construction method, the cement grout spraying range is wide, admixture can be doped into a soil layer with the poor cement consolidation effect, the cement mixing pile can be better formed in the silt geology, and the pile forming quality is improved.

本发明公开一种淤泥环境下分段水泥搅拌桩施工装置，包括一号导管、二号导管、一号喷浆口、钻头叶片、二号喷浆口及水泥搅拌桩机钻杆；一号导管一端和外部水泥浆液输料装置连接，另一端插入水泥搅拌桩机钻杆内部并延伸向位于水泥搅拌桩机钻杆底部的钻头叶片的内部并与钻头叶片表面的一号喷浆口连通，二号导管一端和外部外加剂输料装置连接，另一端插入水泥搅拌桩机钻杆内部并延伸向位于水泥搅拌桩机钻杆底部的钻头叶片的内部并与钻头叶片表面的二号喷浆口连通；喷浆口位于水泥搅拌桩钻头叶片表面；还公开对应施工方法，水泥浆液喷射范围广，可只在水泥固结效果差的土层进行外加剂的掺入，能使水泥搅拌桩在淤泥地质中更好的成形，提高成桩质量。
