The invention discloses a method for connecting a steel blade foot of an open caisson or a cofferdam and a prefabricated concrete pipe piece. The method comprises the steps that a temporary supporting pad and the steel blade foot are installed, and a temporary support is arranged; mounting a positioning pin shaft and a prefabricated concrete pipe piece at the top of the steel blade foot, and mounting an elastic sealing ring; a balancing weight is installed on the top of the prefabricated concrete pipe piece, and self-compacting concrete is poured into the steel blade foot; the balancing weight is dismantled, and waterproof mortar is injected into the prefabricated concrete pipe piece; and the temporary supporting pad is dismantled, the steel blade foot and the prefabricated concrete segments sink, and the prefabricated concrete segments of the remaining segments are installed in the sinking process. The method for connecting the steel blade foot of the open caisson or the cofferdam and the prefabricated concrete pipe piece has the advantages that the prefabricated concrete pipe piece and the steel blade foot are accurately positioned through the positioning pin shaft and the bolt hole, and concrete in the steel blade foot does not have dead angles through the arrangement of the slurry overflowing opening; and meanwhile, the bonding effect of the self-compacting concrete and the threads is fully utilized, and the problem of nut installation in a narrow space in the blade foot is solved.
