The invention discloses a positioning and connecting method for a steel blade angle and a prefabricated concrete open caisson segment. The positioning and connecting method comprises the following steps that the steel blade angle is erected on a temporary supporting pad and temporarily supported; concrete is poured into the cavity of each steel blade angle; after maintenance is completed, the temporary supports are dismantled; the prefabricated pipe piece is hoisted to the position above the steel blade angle, and a positioning hole in the bottom of the prefabricated pipe piece and a positioning pin shaft on a top plate of the steel blade angle are installed in an aligned mode; waterproof mortar is poured at the joint between the bottom of the prefabricated pipe piece and the steel blade angle top plate; longitudinal bolts are installed between the prefabricated pipe pieces and the steel blade corners, and pre-tightening force is applied; through long steel plates are embedded in the two side faces of the bottom of the prefabricated pipe piece correspondingly, and the through long steel plates on the two sides are welded to the steel blade corners through shear keys and stiffening plates. The method has the advantages that the steel blade angle replaces a concrete blade angle, the strength of a steel structure is greatly improved compared with that of concrete, and the combined action of axial force and internal and external bending moments in construction can be borne; the positioning pin shaft is arranged at the corner top of the steel blade, and the positioning problem of the prefabricated segment is solved.
