Process for actively reinforcing hole wall when rotary drilling rig penetrates through water-permeable sandy gravel layer
The invention discloses an active reinforcement process for a hole wall when a rotary drill passes through a water-permeable sandy gravel layer, which comprises the following steps: for an easy-to-collapse stratum penetrated by a drill hole of the rotary drill, by utilizing the water permeability of the easy-to-collapse stratum, injecting grouting liquid from the side wall of the drill hole to the surrounding stratum, diffusing the grouting liquid into a set range at the periphery of the well wall of the drill hole, and solidifying the grouting liquid to form a retaining wall reinforcement structure; the method specifically comprises the steps that drilling of a rotary excavating drill and forming of a reinforcing structure through an active wall protection are conducted alternately, the mode that drilling is conducted firstly and then grouting is adopted, when the thickness of an easy-to-collapse stratum is not larger than the height of a drill bit, grouting can be conducted through a grouting device when the drilled hole penetrates through the stratum, and grouting is completed at a time; and when the thickness of the easy-to-collapse stratum exceeds the height of the drill bit, grouting is performed for multiple times in sections through the grouting device. According to the method, active grouting reinforcement can be rapidly carried out on the hole wall of the water-permeable sand pebble layer in an auxiliary mode when the rotary drilling drill penetrates through the water-permeable sand pebble layer, collapse of the hole wall is prevented, and the method has the advantages of being better in wall protection effect, lower in construction difficulty, lower in cost and higher in construction safety.
本发明公开了一种旋挖钻穿越透水砂卵石层时对孔壁的主动加固工艺,对旋挖钻钻孔穿过的易坍塌地层,利用易坍塌地层的透水性,将注浆液从钻孔侧壁向周边地层中注入,扩散到钻孔井壁周边设定范围内并固化,形成护壁加固结构;具体为采用旋挖钻钻进和主动护壁形成加固结构交替进行的方式,采用先钻孔后注浆方式,当易坍塌地层厚度不大于钻头高度时,可在钻孔穿透该层时通过注浆装置注浆,一次完成;当易坍塌地层厚度超过钻头高度时,通过注浆装置分段多次注浆。本发明能够在旋挖钻穿越透水砂卵石层时辅助快速对透水砂卵石层孔壁进行主动注浆加固,防止孔壁的坍塌,具有护壁效果更好,施工难度更小,成本更低的、施工安全性更高的优点。
