The production process comprises the following steps: a, manufacturing a transverse truss; b, the upper chord steel bars and the lower chord steel bars of the multiple longitudinal trusses and the multiple transverse trusses are perpendicularly arranged in a crossed mode and fixedly connected to form a transition steel reinforcement cage, and web member bars of the longitudinal trusses are fixed to the disassembly-free bottom die; or the upper chord steel bars of the longitudinal trusses and the web member bars of the longitudinal trusses are welded and fixed and are perpendicularly connected with the transverse trusses in a crossed mode to form the transition steel reinforcement cage, and the lower chord steel bars of the longitudinal trusses are fixed to the bottom die; and c, splicing to form the fabricated floor support plate. The structure integrity is good, the assembly precision is easy to guarantee, automatic and industrial production is facilitated, and the production efficiency is high.
