Second insertion rods used for supporting the lower chord steel bars are inserted into the second round holes. The first inserting rods are inserted into the first round holes one by one, the upper chord steel bars are supported through the first inserting rods, the second inserting rods are inserted into the second round holes one by one, the lower chord steel bars are supported through the second inserting rods, and therefore the upper chord steel bars, the lower chord steel bars and the web member steel bars can be preliminarily fixed.
