The sludge dewatering and solidifying platform comprises a sludge filter press, the ecological dredging platform further comprises a stirrer connected with a suction inlet of the environment-friendly cutter suction dredger and a feeding hose communicated with the stirrer, the ecological dredging platform further comprises a positioning and sweeping device, and the positioning and sweeping device comprises a positioning mechanism arranged on the environment-friendly cutter suction dredger and a three-dimensional sweeping mechanism.
