The invention relates to a composite material ceramic filter for metal casting and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of liquid metal filters, the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a sodium methyl cellulose and polyethyleneimine composite surfactant aqueous solution; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a basic aggregate alpha-Al2O3, a toughening aggregate ZrO2, a sintering aid Fe2O3, a rheological agent clay, a binder dextrin and water to form slurry; the preparation method comprises the following steps: performing surface activation on reticular polyurethane foam plastic and high-silica fiber gridding cloth in a composite surface activator aqueous solution, fully absorbing slurry, and extruding redundant slurry of the reticular polyurethane foam plastic; laminating and compounding the netted polyurethane foam plastic and the high-silica fiber gridding cloth which are impregnated with the slurry to obtain a laminated blank; pre-sintering the laminated green body; diluting the slurry with water; and immersing the laminated blank into the diluted slurry, and sintering the laminated blank again to form the filter. The filter prepared by the invention is not easy to crack.
本发明涉及一种金属铸造用复合材料陶瓷过滤器及其制备方法,属于液态金属过滤器技术领域,所述制备方法包括:甲基纤维素钠与聚乙烯亚胺复合表面活化剂水溶液配制;将基础骨料α‑Al2O3、增韧骨料ZrO2、助烧剂Fe2O3、流变剂黏土、粘结剂糊精和水混合而形成浆料;将网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料和高硅氧纤维网格布在复合表面合活化剂水溶液中表面活化,然后充分吸收浆料后,挤出网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料多余浆料;将浸渍过浆料的网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料和高硅氧纤维网格布叠层复合得到叠层坯体;预烧结叠层坯体;用水稀释浆料;将叠层坯体浸入已稀释的浆料后,对叠层坯体进行再次烧结形成过滤器。本发明制备的过滤器不易碎裂。
