本发明涉及一种低温烧结的高Q×f值Al2Mo3+xO12+3x微波介质陶瓷材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括:S1、将Al2O3原始粉料和MoO3原始粉料按照化学通式Al2Mo3+xO12+3x进行配料,得到混合粉体,其中,0.02≤x≤0.06;S2、将混合粉体依次进行第一次行星球磨和过筛,并将过筛粉体进行预烧,得到预烧粉体;S3、将预烧粉体进行第二次行星球磨、烘干和粘结造粒,得到陶瓷生料;S4、将陶瓷生料压制成型并进行排胶,排胶后在775~825℃条件下烧结4~6小时,得到Al2Mo3+xO12+3x微波介质陶瓷材料。该方法在形成Al2Mo3+xO12+3x低温固溶相的同时降低了晶格损耗,制得的微波介质陶瓷在保证较低的介电常数的同时仍具有十分优异Q×f值,为低烧低介低损耗的材料增加了相应的研究基础,拓宽了低介电常数LTCC微波介质陶瓷的选择范围。
