An offshore platform boarding trestle with a wave compensation function is characterized in that a wave compensation control mechanism is fixed to a deck of an operation and maintenance ship through a base bottom plate, a bottom universal joint is fixed to the upper surface of the base bottom plate, a top universal joint is fixed to the lower surface of a base top plate, and the lower portion of a compensation oil cylinder is connected with the bottom universal joint; the upper part of the compensation oil cylinder is connected with the top universal joint; the fixed end of a horizontal driving piece of the trestle mechanism is connected with a trestle fixed frame, and the movable end of the horizontal driving piece is connected with a trestle movable frame. The horizontal driving piece drives the trestle movable frame to move along the guide groove through the vertical guide piece; the wave compensation control mechanism further comprises a micro inertial navigation sensor, and the compensation oil cylinder conducts wave compensation on the trestle mechanism according to operation and maintenance ship motion information transmitted by the micro inertial navigation sensor. Motion supplement can be carried out through the compensation oil cylinder according to the motion condition of an operation and maintenance ship, trestle inclination caused by ship motion is offset, stable work of the trestle is guaranteed, and safety is high.
