The vacuum well point dewatering device comprises a vacuum well point pipe, a pre-buried vacuum outer pipe and a pre-buried vacuum inner pipe, the two ends of the pre-buried vacuum outer pipe are closed in the length direction, first water passing holes are formed in the pipe wall of the pre-buried vacuum outer pipe, and the pre-buried vacuum inner pipe is inserted into the pre-buried vacuum outer pipe. A second water passing hole corresponding to the first water passing hole is formed in the pipe wall of the pre-buried vacuum inner pipe; the pipe joint is fixedly mounted at the top of the pre-buried vacuum outer pipe in the height direction and communicates with the pre-buried vacuum inner pipe, and the end, opposite to the pre-buried vacuum inner pipe, of the pipe joint is connected with the vacuum pump through a connecting pipe; and the filtering structure is arranged on the pre-buried vacuum outer pipe or between the pre-buried vacuum outer pipe and the pre-buried vacuum inner pipe corresponding to the position of the first water passing hole. Compared with a traditional vacuum well point dewatering method, the underground water level is rapidly and effectively reduced, loss of foundation soil is avoided, meanwhile, operation is convenient, the construction efficiency is improved, and high popularization value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种用于地下室筏板的真空井点降水装置,包括真空井点管,包括沿长度方向的两端封闭且管壁设有第一过水孔的预埋真空外管以及插设于预埋真空外管内的预埋真空内管,预埋真空内管的管壁上对应第一过水孔开设有第二过水孔;管接头,固定安装在预埋真空外管沿高度方向的顶部且与预埋真空内管连通,管接头相对于预埋真空内管的一端通过连接管与真空泵连接;过滤结构,对应于第一过水孔的位置设于预埋真空外管或预埋真空外管与预埋真空内管之间。本发明相对于传统的真空井点降水方法,快速有效地降低了地下水位,避免了地基土体的流失,同时方便操作,提高了施工效率,具有较高的推广价值。
