The dewatering well plugging sleeve comprises a dewatering well, a sleeve body is coaxially arranged on the dewatering well, a containing groove used for partially containing the end face of an opening of the dewatering well is annularly formed in the bottom of the sleeve body, and a plugging piece used for sealing the opening of the containing groove is arranged at the bottom of the sleeve body. The inner circumferential wall of the containing groove is in clearance fit with the outer circumferential wall of an opening of the dewatering well and is combined with the plugging piece to form a pouring groove, a pouring opening used for being communicated with the output end of external pouring equipment and pouring concrete fluid into the pouring groove is formed in the bottom of the sleeve, and a sealing hole communicated with the dewatering well penetrates through the sleeve in a hollow mode. The sleeve is provided with an opening and closing piece used for blocking or dredging the sealing hole. The problems that in the prior art, water pumping and drainage are difficult to conduct before plugging of the precipitation well, the precipitation well rushes out of the precipitation well due to too high water pressure, and subsequent plugging of the precipitation well is troublesome are solved.
