The embodiment of the invention provides a prefabricated room module, a steel-concrete building module combined structure, a building and a construction method of the building. The prefabricated room module comprises a combined shear wall body steel structure part to be subjected to cast-in-place concrete pouring and a prefabricated floor slab body to be subjected to cast-in-place concrete pouring. In the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the steel member part of the composite shear wall wrapped with the double-layer steel plates and internally poured with the concrete, the prefabricated part of the fabricated floor slab and the prefabricated part of the building surface layer are extracted by adopting a modularization means and are assembled in a factory to form a standard prefabricated room module self-stress system; main work on a construction site only comprises module hoisting, concrete pouring engineering, elimination of hoisting of all or most of small components, scaffold and construction support erecting work, steel structure welding, bolt connection work, concrete formwork erecting and rebar binding and welding work, and meanwhile on-site internal and external decoration engineering can be greatly reduced.
