The embodiment of the invention provides a prefabricated room module, a steel-concrete building module combined structure and a steel-concrete building. The prefabricated room module comprises a combined shear wall body steel structure part to be subjected to cast-in-place concrete pouring and a prefabricated floor slab main body to be subjected to cast-in-place concrete pouring; the combined shear wall body steel structure part comprises wall body steel plates which are oppositely and vertically arranged in the wall body thickness direction, a wall body keel system fixedly installed between the two wall body steel plates and steel columns located at the two ends of the wall body steel plates in the length direction respectively. The wall body steel plate and the wall body keel system are fixedly connected with the steel column to form a wall body cavity for cast-in-place concrete; the prefabricated floor slab main body is fixed at the top end of the combined shear wall body steel structure part, and the combined shear wall body steel structure part and the prefabricated floor slab main body form a supporting wall body and a floor slab which are connected after concrete is poured on site and are used for forming a building.
