The invention provides a prefabricated room module, a machining method and a construction method. The prefabricated room module comprises a top plate, a wall body, a reinforcing structure and a supporting device. At least one surface of the multi-surface wall body is an open wall body and at least one surface of the multi-surface wall body is a closed wall body; a reinforcing structure is arranged corresponding to each open wall body, and the reinforcing structures are fixedly connected with two adjacent wall bodies of the open wall bodies; the supporting device is erected between the reinforcing structures and used for providing rigidity and supporting for the prefabricated room module. According to the prefabricated room module, the machining method and the construction method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the prefabricated room module with at least one open wall body can be machined in a factory on the premise of not changing the use function of a building, and the multiple prefabricated room modules can be transported to a construction position to be spliced to form a complete building space; and by arranging a reinforcing structure and a supporting device, it is guaranteed that the prefabricated room module cannot be structurally damaged due to the existence of the open wall in the hoisting and transporting process.
本发明提供了一种预制房间模块、加工方法及施工方法，包括：顶板、墙体、加固结构和支撑装置；多面墙体中至少有一面为开放墙体且至少有一面为封闭墙体；对应每一面开放墙体均设置有加固结构，加固结构与开放墙体的两个相邻墙体固定连接；支撑装置架设在加固结构之间，用于向预制房间模块提供刚度和支撑。通过本发明实施例提供的预制房间模块、加工方法及施工方法，能够在不改变建筑使用功能的前提下，在工厂加工至少具有一面开放墙体的预制房间模块，多个预制房间模块能够被运输至施工位置进行拼接，形成完整的建筑空间，并通过设置加固结构和支撑装置，保证预制房间模块在吊装运输过程中不会因开放墙体的存在而发生结构损坏。
