The sealing connecting assembly comprises a sealing ring plate, a sealing sleeve, a first sealing ring and a plurality of fixing bolts, the water pipe extends into the sealing sleeve of the connecting cylinder, and the outer wall of the water pipe is in sealing connection with the sealing sleeve through the first sealing ring; the fixing and locking mechanism comprises a fixing cylinder fixedly connected outside the connecting cylinder in a sleeving mode and a protective sleeve arranged outside the water pipe in a sleeving mode, and a connecting column is arranged between the fixing cylinder and the protective sleeve. And the sealing ring plate is plugged at a cylinder opening of the connecting cylinder body and is fixedly connected with the fixing cylinder through a fixing bolt. The water pipe is inserted into the inner cavity of the sealing sleeve, and the sealing ring is tightly attached to the surface of the water pipe under extrusion of the water pipe, so that water flow is sealed and prevented from flowing out.
