The invention discloses a carbonized reinforced material based on secondary aluminum ash. The carbonized reinforced material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 14-18 parts of modified aluminum ash slurry, 5-10 parts of a mixed ammonium solution and 35-45 parts of gypsum, the modified aluminum mortar is obtained by modifying aluminum mortar with alkali carbonate, and the mixed ammonium solution is obtained by mixing secondary aluminum ash hydrolysis gas with carbon-containing gas and then introducing the mixture into water for reaction; wherein the aluminum mortar is obtained by stirring, hydrolyzing, standing and layering secondary aluminum ash, and the hydrolysis gas is obtained by stirring, hydrolyzing and collecting. The carbonized reinforcing material can effectively improve the skeleton structure of a carbonized product, significantly improve the compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and the like of aerated concrete, can cooperate with ammonium salt, gypsum and the like, effectively shortens the carbonization curing time and demolding time, improves the carbonization reaction degree, and has significant economic and environmental benefits; and the carbonized aerated block prepared from the carbonized aerated block has good strength, volume weight, drying shrinkage, heat conductivity coefficient and the like, and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种基于二次铝灰的碳化增强材料,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:改性铝灰浆14~18份,混合铵液5~10份,石膏35~45份;所述改性铝灰浆利用碱金属碳酸盐对铝灰浆进行改性得到,混合铵液将二次铝灰水解气与含碳气体混合再通入水中反应得到;其中铝灰浆由二次铝灰经搅拌水解、静置分层得到,水解气由搅拌水解步骤收集得到。本发明所述碳化增强材料可有效改善碳化产物的骨架结构,显著提升加气混凝土抗压、劈裂抗拉强度等,并可与铵盐、石膏等配合作用,有效缩短碳化养护时间和脱模时间,提高碳化反应程度,具有显著的经济和环境效益;利用其制备的碳化加气块可兼顾良好的强度、容重、干燥收缩及导热系数等,适合推广应用。
