Comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 140 parts of hydrophilic unsaturated carboxylic ester, 70 to 100 parts of lipophilic unsaturated carboxylic ester, 0.5 to 2 parts of modified single-walled carbon nanotubes, 8 to 14 parts of glycol distearate, 5 to 9 parts of an imidazoline compound, 2 to 7 parts of polyglycerol fatty acid ester, 6 to 12 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 18 to 35 parts of a fluorocarbon surfactant, 5 to 9 parts of a molecular regulator, 3 to 8 parts of an initiator and 664 to 783 parts of water. The concrete brightener can be matched with an additive for use during concrete prefabrication, a cement product using the concrete brightener is smooth in surface, more uniform in color and capable of keeping a long-term bright effect, meanwhile, strong adsorption and dispersion effects on cement are achieved, the strength and surface hardness of the cement product are improved, and the service life of the cement product is prolonged. Meanwhile, the preparation conditions are mild, no organic solvent is used in the synthesis process, and safety and environment friendliness are achieved.
