The invention relates to a composite silicon carbide ceramic impeller manufacturing method which comprises the following steps: according to the number of blades in an impeller, splitting an impeller runner mold core into a corresponding number of combined impeller mold cores; manufacturing a core box mold of the impeller mold core; preparing a water-soluble material for manufacturing the mold core; coating the surface of a mold with a film coating agent, preheating the mold, heating and uniformly stirring a water-soluble material, then injecting the water-soluble material into a core box mold cavity of the impeller mold core, and cooling to obtain the impeller mold core; combining the impeller mold cores, putting the combined impeller mold cores into an impeller ceramic pouring mold provided with an impeller metal framework, injecting the mixed silicon carbide ceramic material, curing, and disassembling the impeller ceramic pouring mold to obtain a composite silicon carbide ceramic impeller blank; and the impeller blank is put into water, the water-soluble impeller mold core is dissolved, surface moisture is dried, and the composite silicon carbide ceramic impeller is formed. The problem that in the pouring process of the composite silicon carbide ceramic impeller, runner mold taking is difficult is solved.
本发明涉及一种复合碳化硅陶瓷叶轮制造方法,该方法包括如下步骤:根据叶轮中叶片数量,将叶轮流道型芯拆分成相应数量的组合式叶轮型芯;制作叶轮型芯的芯盒模具;准备用于制作型芯的水溶性材料;在模具表面涂上涂膜剂并将模具预热,将水溶性材料加热搅拌均匀然后注入叶轮型芯的芯盒模具型腔内,冷却,得叶轮型芯;将叶轮型芯组合好,放入配有叶轮金属骨架的叶轮陶瓷浇注模具里,注入混合好的碳化硅陶瓷材料,固化,拆开叶轮陶瓷浇注模具,得复合碳化硅陶瓷叶轮毛坯;将该叶轮毛坯放入水中,溶解掉水溶性叶轮型芯,烘干表面水份,形成复合碳化硅陶瓷叶轮。本发明解决了复合碳化硅陶瓷叶轮在浇注过程中存在流道取模困难的问题。
