The invention discloses a manufacturing method of copper-based silicon carbide composite ceramic, which comprises the following steps: mixing a proper amount of prepared silicon carbide slurry and copper alloy slurry, and adding a proper amount of binder to form mixed slurry; then, the mixed slurry is put into a mold for shaping, and the compact copper-based silicon carbide composite ceramic is formed through heat treatment modes such as vacuum sintering. And finally, a flat surface is obtained through the processes of grinding, polishing and the like. The composite ceramic has excellent heat-conducting property and mechanical strength, and is suitable for heat dissipation and packaging of high-power electronic devices.
