Thermal management system for whole electric excavator
The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to an electric excavator complete machine heat management system which comprises an oil radiator and a condenser matched with the oil radiator, the oil radiator is connected with a first heat exchanger through a pipeline to form a heat supply loop, and the oil radiator is connected with a proportional valve through a pipeline to form a control loop. A first distribution valve is installed on the heat supply loop and connected with a first heat exchanger through a branch pipeline, and the first heat exchanger is connected with a cab through a heat dissipation pipeline to form a first cab heat dissipation loop to dissipate heat of the cab. The first heat exchanger is connected with the battery through a pipeline to form a first battery heat dissipation loop to dissipate heat of the battery. According to the complete machine heat management system of the electric excavator, heat generated by a hydraulic oil circuit is conveyed to a battery and a cab according to actual requirements, heating of the cab and preheating of the battery in winter are met, and the heat is recycled; and the connection of a set of condenser is reduced, so that the utilization rate of the refrigerant is improved.
