The invention discloses an outer wall surface suspension construction method which comprises the following construction steps that S1, an outer wall surface suspension mounting device is moved to the inner side of an outer wall, and a plate is adsorbed to a transport box of the outer wall surface suspension mounting device; s2, a lifting rod of the outer wall face suspended mounting device is rotated to be in a horizontal state, then a bearing box of the outer wall face suspended mounting device is placed at a window, and a transport box is located on the outer side of the outer wall; s3, a lifting rod is rotated to be in a vertical state, and then an electric hammer of the outer wall face suspended mounting device is started to drill the preset position of the outer wall; s4, the transport box is moved, a preset hole of the plate is aligned with a hole formed in the outer wall, and then an electric wrench of the outer wall face suspended installation device is started to fix the plate to the outer wall; s5, after installation is completed, the bearing box is moved to enable the lifting rod to be located on the inner side of the outer wall. By means of the construction method, manual drilling conducted by workers can be omitted, the problem that the drilling precision is not high during drilling is effectively solved, and outer wall installation is more convenient.
