The invention discloses a split sliding construction method and system for a truss type building. A lower truss is built on a ground foundation; in the lower truss construction process, an upper truss is assembled on a first assembly platform outside a ground foundation, the upper truss is driven by a first sliding mechanism to slide to the position above the lower truss along a first sliding way, and the upper truss and the lower truss are fixedly connected; and in the construction process of the lower truss and/or the upper truss, the roof is assembled on a second assembling platform outside the ground foundation, the roof is driven by a second sliding mechanism to slide to the position above the upper truss along the second sliding way, and the roof and the upper truss are connected and fixed. By means of the construction method and system, the lower truss, the upper truss and the roof can be assembled and built in different spaces in the same time period, the lower truss, the upper truss and the roof are connected and fixed after sliding of the synchronous sliding mechanism, and the building speed, quality and building safety are effectively improved.
