The invention relates to a bridge damping and buffering monitoring system which is characterized in that a fixing ring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of a connecting cylinder at the top of a base, a rubber pad located at the top of the fixing ring is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the connecting cylinder, and a first connecting column is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the rubber pad in a penetrating manner; the top of the first sliding plate on the top of the first connecting column is fixedly connected with a connecting disc used for being connected with the same bridge. The reinforcing sleeve fixedly sleeves the outer wall of the connecting cylinder and is used for increasing the rigidity of the connecting cylinder; the buffer assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the reinforcing sleeve and used for buffering the bridge, so that the bridge is more stable; the problems that in the prior art, a bridge detection device can only detect the bearing capacity, a damping and buffering device needs to be installed between a bridge pier and a bridge, and use is inconvenient are solved.
