The invention discloses cement clinker doped with industrial waste residues and a preparation method of the cement clinker, belongs to the technical field of cement materials, and solves the problems in the prior art that heavy metals in cement prepared from lead-zinc tailings as raw materials are easy to seep out to pollute the environment and the setting time is long. The cement clinker comprises the following raw materials: 75-85 parts of a calcium raw material; 10 to 20 parts of construction waste; 1-2 parts of an iron raw material; 1-3 parts of lead-zinc tailings; and 0.5-2 parts of manganese slag. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and grinding the calcium raw material and the construction waste, adding the iron, the lead-zinc tailings and the manganese slag, and mixing and grinding; and S2, calcining the material obtained by mixing and grinding in the step S1 to obtain the cement clinker. According to the invention, various wastes are fully utilized, and reutilization of resources is realized. The cement clinker disclosed by the invention has good burnability, compressive strength and breaking strength, heavy metals are fixed in cement lattices and are not easy to seep, and the retarding effect caused by zinc oxide is solved.
