Method for preparing tobermorite refractory material from waste glass by low-temperature hydrothermal method
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory materials, in particular to a method for preparing a tobermorite refractory material from waste glass by a low-temperature hydrothermal method, which comprises the following steps: S1, firstly, cleaning the waste glass, mechanically crushing, and grinding into powder in a range of 40-60 microns by using a ball mill; s2, micron-sized glass powder and a 2-6 mol/L oxyhydrogen oxidation solution are added into a hydrothermal reaction kettle; s3, setting reaction conditions of the hydrothermal reaction kettle, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction; s4, after the hydrothermal reaction, performing cooling, vacuum filtration, washing and drying to obtain a reaction product; s5, mixing the obtained reaction product with a proper amount of tobermorite sample, and putting the mixture into a muffle furnace for a heating experiment; s6, measuring the cooled sample, and evaluating the structure and performance of the sample; and S7, calculating to obtain the physical performance index of the tobermorite refractory material. According to the invention, the efficient recovery and conversion of the waste glass are realized, the environmental influence and the production cost are reduced, and the method has remarkable environmental, economic and application prospects and benefits.
