Method for preparing tobermorite fireproof material
The invention provides a method for preparing a tobermorite fireproof material, belongs to the field of thermal-insulation fireproof materials, and solves the problems that the cost is high as tobermorite is mainly prepared by mixing calcium oxide and silicon oxide, and the prepared tobermorite is still poor in thermal-insulation property and fireproof property and the like in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing red mud and a siliceous raw material according to a mass ratio of 2: 1, then adding auxiliary materials, and grinding to obtain mixed powder of 0.1 mm or below; mixing the mixed powder with water, and reacting to obtain tobermorite slurry; and adding a fiber auxiliary material into the tobermorite slurry, filtering out water, adding inorganic glue and a waterproof agent to obtain tobermorite slurry, carrying out compression molding, and drying to obtain a tobermorite fireproof material. The tobermorite prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has very good thermal insulation and fireproof performance.
本发明提供了一种制备雪硅钙石型防火材料的方法，属于保温防火材料领域，它解决了现有的雪硅钙石的制备主要通过氧化钙和氧化硅混合后制得，但是成本高且制备得到的雪硅钙石保温性能和防火性能仍不佳等问题，包括如下步骤：将赤泥和硅质原料按照质量比2：1的比例混合，然后加入辅料，研磨后得到0.1mm以下的混合粉末；将混合粉末与水混合，反应得到雪硅钙石浆液；向雪硅钙石浆液中加入纤维辅料，滤水后，加入无机胶和防水剂，得到雪硅钙石浆料，模压成型后，干燥即得。本发明方法制备得到的雪硅钙石具有很好的保温防火性能。
