The invention discloses a near-zero-expansion carbon fiber reinforced multi-element multi-layer matrix composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic matrix composite materials. The composite material comprises a carbon fiber bundle, an interface layer on the surface of the carbon fiber bundle, a multiphase ceramic layer on the carbon interface layer and a silicon carbide coating arranged on the multiphase ceramic layer, the multiphase ceramic layer comprises a plurality of alternately arranged unit layers with different low expansion phases; the interface layer is pyrolytic carbon or boron nitride; and the low expansion phase comprises SiC, Si3N4 or PyC. By introducing the multi-element multi-layer matrix, thermal expansion mismatch between the fiber and the matrix in the composite material is effectively relieved, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the current ceramic matrix composite material is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种近零膨胀碳纤维增强多元多层基体复合材料及其制备方法和应用,涉及陶瓷基复合材料技术领域。所述复合材料包括碳纤维束,所述碳纤维束表面的界面层,及所述碳界面层上的多相陶瓷层和所述多相陶瓷层上设置的碳化硅涂层;所述多相陶瓷层包括多层交替设置的不同低膨胀相的单元层;所述界面层为热解碳或者氮化硼;所述低膨胀相包括SiC、Si3N4或PyC。本发明通过引入多元多层基体的方式,有效缓解复合材料中纤维与基体之间的热膨胀失配,大幅降低目前陶瓷基复合材料的热膨胀系数。
