The invention provides granularity-controllable MoAlB ceramic powder and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that S1, boron carbide and molybdenum powder are mixed according to the chemical reaction stoichiometric ratio, and a uniformly-mixed first raw material is obtained; s2, burdening and mixing the first raw material and aluminum powder according to a preset proportion to obtain a uniformly mixed second raw material; s3, the second raw material is subjected to sample pressing on a tablet press, and a raw material green body is obtained; s4, under the protection of inert atmosphere, roasting the raw material green body in a high-temperature furnace; and S5, leaching, filtering, rinsing and drying the roasted product to obtain the MoAlB ceramic powder with controllable granularity. Boron carbide powder, molybdenum powder and aluminum powder are used as raw materials and react for 2-8 hours at the high temperature of 1200-1600 DEG C, and a reaction product is leached, filtered, rinsed and dried to obtain the MoAlB ceramic powder with controllable product granularity.
本发明提供了一种粒度可控的MoAlB陶瓷粉体及其制备方法,包括:S1:将碳化硼和钼粉按化学反应计量比配料混合,得到混合均匀的第一原料;S2:将第一原料与铝粉按照预设比例配料混合,得到混合均匀的第二原料;S3:将第二原料在压片机上进行压样,得到原料生坯;S4:在惰性气氛的保护下,将原料生坯在高温炉中焙烧;S5:将焙烧后的产物经浸出、过滤、漂洗、烘干,得到粒度可控的MoAlB陶瓷粉体。本发明以碳化硼粉末、钼粉和铝粉为原料,在1200℃至1600℃高温下,反应2~8小时,反应产物经浸出、过滤、漂洗、烘干得到产物粒度可控的MoAlB陶瓷粉体。
