The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, and discloses a preparation method of acid-catalyzed and yttrium-stabilized nano zirconium oxide powder, which comprises the following steps: 1, mixing zirconium salt, yttrium salt, an organic solvent and deionized water to obtain a mixed solution A; 2, ammonium salt, a surfactant and deionized water are dissolved and mixed, and a solution B is obtained; step 3, dissolving an acidic material in deionized water to obtain a solution C; according to the method, zirconium oxide which is good in dispersity, small in particle size, uniform in particle size distribution and not serious in agglomeration is prepared through acid catalysis and addition of yttrium as a stabilizer under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure under the condition that a sol-gel method is improved, the zirconium oxide shows better performance after being sintered, and the preparation method does not need a hydrothermal reaction kettle to provide reaction conditions and is easy to operate. Meanwhile, the crystal structure of zirconium oxide is improved by adding a proper amount of rare earth element yttrium, so that the zirconium oxide powder which is uniform in dispersion, fine in particle, stable in crystal form and good in mechanical property is prepared.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,且公开了一种酸催化以及钇稳定纳米氧化锆粉体的制备方法,步骤1、将含有锆盐、钇盐、有机溶剂以及去离子水进行混合,得到混合溶液A液;步骤2、将铵盐、表面活性剂以及去离子水进行溶解混合,得到溶液B液;步骤3、将酸性物质溶解在去离子水中,得到溶液C液;本发明采取在常温常压下,在对溶胶凝胶法的改良下,通过酸催化以及添加钇作为稳定剂来制备分散性好、粒径小、粒径分布均匀、团聚不严重的氧化锆,并在烧结后表现出较好的性能,制备方法无需水热反应釜来提供反应条件,同时通过添加适量的稀土元素钇来改善氧化锆的晶型结构,从而制备出分散均匀、颗粒细小、晶型稳定、力学性能好的氧化锆粉体。
