Hyperbranched polycarboxylic acid concrete super plasticizer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a hyperbranched polycarboxylic acid concrete super plasticizer which comprises the following raw materials: a monomer A, a monomer B and a monomer C. The monomer A, the monomer B and the monomer C are subjected to atom transfer radical polymerization reaction, the molar dosage of the monomer A and the monomer B meets the condition that B/A is equal to (2.5-8): 1, and the molar dosage of the monomer C and the total molar dosage of the monomer A and the monomer B meet the condition that C/(A + B) is equal to (0.01-0.5): 1; the structure of the monomer C contains two terminal alkenyl groups. Compared with the existing hyperbranched polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good water solubility, no generation of cross-linked polymer and controllable branched structure; the preparation method has the advantages of mild conditions, few synthesis steps, simple reaction device, multiple types of applicable solvents, convenience in recovery and small environmental pollution; as a concrete admixture, the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low mixing amount, high water-reducing rate, small slump loss, viscosity reduction, good clay adaptability and the like.
本发明提供了一种超支化聚羧酸类混凝土超塑化剂,包括以下原料:单体A、单体B、单体C,其中单体A、单体B、单体C间发生原子转移自由基聚合反应,单体A和单体B的摩尔用量满足B/A=(2.5~8):1,单体C摩尔用量与单体A和单体B的总摩尔用量满足:C/(A+B)=(0.01~0.5):1;单体C结构中含有两个端烯基。采用本发明的方法相对于现有的超支化聚羧酸超塑化剂具有水溶好,不会产生交联聚合物,支化结构可控的优势;制备方法条件温和,合成步骤少、反应装置简单、适用溶剂种类多、回收方便,环境污染小的优点;本发明的方法制备的聚羧酸超塑化剂作为混凝土外加剂具有掺量低、减水率高、坍落度损失小、降粘、粘土适应性好等优点。
