The invention relates to the technical field of fiber materials, in particular to basalt stranded wire fibers for reinforcing cement-based or ceramic-based materials and a production device of the basalt stranded wire fibers. Basalt fibers are modified through carboxylated carbon nanotubes, and the carboxylated carbon nanotubes are grafted and connected to the surfaces of the basalt fibers through the action of a silane coupling agent; the mechanical property of the basalt fiber can be improved, so that the basalt stranded wire fiber can be better applied to preparation of a cement-based material or a ceramic-based material; according to the production device, seven monofilament fibers prepared by taking modified basalt fibers as raw materials are mutually connected through a twisting and bonding effect to prepare the basalt stranded wire fibers, so that the strength and the toughness of the basalt stranded wire fibers can be improved to a certain extent; the produced basalt stranded wire fiber has uniform diameter and excellent mechanical property, high-temperature stability and corrosion resistance, and is especially suitable for preparation of fiber-reinforced cement-based and ceramic-based materials.
