The invention discloses a mass concrete foundation and a construction method and device thereof. The construction method comprises the steps that the end of an inflatable elastic air bag is sleeved with an embedded connecting piece, and the inflatable inflatable elastic air bag array is arranged on a formwork of the mass concrete foundation; concrete is poured, after initial setting, the inflatable elastic air bag is deflated and extracted, and the mass concrete foundation with the channel is obtained; a cooling medium is introduced into the channel so as to cool the mass concrete foundation; after the temperature of the mass concrete foundation is reduced to the preset temperature, the state of the mass concrete foundation and the crack development state are observed; and after the mass concrete foundation is stable in state and before the foundation pit used for containing the mass concrete foundation is backfilled, high-pressure grouting is conducted in the channel to fill the channel and the corresponding cracks. According to the construction method, hydration heat can be reduced through the channels, cracks are reduced, the crack condition is detected, high-pressure grouting is conducted, and the durability of the mass concrete foundation structure is improved.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土基础及其施工方法、施工装置,施工方法包括:将预埋连接件套设于可充气弹性气囊端部,将充气的可充气弹性气囊阵列设置于大体积混凝土基础的模板;浇筑混凝土并初凝后将可充气弹性气囊放气抽出,得到具有通道的大体积混凝土基础;向通道内通入冷却介质,以对大体积混凝土基础进行降温;大体积混凝土基础的温度降低至预设温度后观察大体积混凝土基础的状态和裂缝发展状态;大体积混凝土基础状态稳定后并且用于容纳大体积混凝土基础的基坑回填之前,向通道内高压灌浆以填充通道和对应裂缝。根据本发明实施例的施工方法能够利用通道降低水化热、减少裂缝、检测裂缝情况并进行高压灌浆,提高大体积混凝土基础结构耐久性。
