The invention discloses negative-temperature rapid repair mortar as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The negative-temperature rapid repair mortar comprises the following components: a component A: 80-120 parts by mass of epoxy resin, 10-30 parts by mass of a diluent, 10-20 parts by mass of a filler I and 150-350 parts by mass of a filler II; the component B comprises 10-60 parts by mass of a curing agent; the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed in proportion to form the negative-temperature rapid repair mortar. When the curing agent is used and a double-component compound curing agent is adopted, implosion cannot be caused by a proper amount of thiourea for modification, so that the stable proceeding of the reaction is ensured; and on the other hand, the heat released by the thiourea modification and epoxy component reaction can excite the reaction of phenolic aldehyde amine and epoxy groups, so that the continuity of the curing process is realized, the effective and controllable curing can be realized, and a relatively ideal use effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种负温快速修补砂浆及其制备和使用方法,包括以下组分:A组分:80‑120质量份的环氧树脂、10‑30质量份的稀释剂、10‑20质量份的填料一、150‑350质量份的填料二;B组分:10‑60质量份的固化剂;A和B组分按比例混合均匀形成负温快速修补砂浆。本发明使用时,采用双组份复配固化剂时,适当的硫脲改性用量不会导致暴聚,保证了反应的平稳进行;另一方面,硫脲改性与环氧组分反应放出的热量可以激发酚醛胺与环氧基团的反应,进而实现固化过程的连续性力,便可实现固化的有效和可控,达到较为理想的使用效果。
