The structure can keep moisture, prevent a backfill material system from being solidified in advance, enhance the cohesiveness and compression resistance of the backfill material, enable the surface of the backfill material to be smoother and rounder, and reduce damage of hard protrusions to surrounding materials such as an extruded sheet and the like.
